Although it is an entry-level gadget, the Samsung Galaxy A03 Core has a highly distinctive look. It continues to have the same body style as the Galaxy A10 and Galaxy A01. The body is composed of polycarbonate and has speaker holes underneath it for amazing sound quality, however the bezels are not particularly thin. A 6.5-inch display is also provided on the front by the waterdrop notch housing and the front shooter. It has a capacitive touchscreen, and the screen has a density of 301 PPI, a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. 8 MP cameras are included in the Samsung Galaxy A03 Core's camera setup.

The primary camera has an LED light and can record 1080p videos at 30 frames per second. It is powered by an octa-core processor with two sets of four cores running at different speeds—4 at 1.8GHz and 4 at 1.45GHz. 32GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM are included with this chipset.
